Shipping and returns

RETURNS

Due to sanitary and health reasons, our eyelashes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If a product is defective, please notify us within 72 HOURS of receiving your lashes to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Items sold with a promotional code or marked down in price, are final sale. No exceptions.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM TO BEAUTY BADDIES CO.

Please email us at info@beautybaddiesco.com requesting instructions on how to return an item. Please make sure to include your order number in the subject line for faster service.


PROCESSING TIME

Once we have received your package, your exchange will be processed within 1-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your exchange has been processed. If you have requested a refund due to a defect, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. You will recieve a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.
